How do I return my product(s)?

There are different return methods depending on where you purchased your product. Items purchased at the adidas online shop can only be returned to us by post. Items purchased at an adidas retail store can only be returned to an adidas retail store.
Please note: customised and personalised items are made uniquely for you, and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing fault.
 
Items purchased from the adidas online shop
You can return your online order free of charge within 100 days of receiving your order. When returning your online order, choose one of the drop off points from the carrier that originally delivered it. It is only possible to return your parcel with the same carrier.

Returns with Parcelforce / Royal Mail:
  1. Print out your return form & return label via the order tracker, using your email address and order number.
  2. Fill out your return form with your return reasons(s) and insert into the parcel, then seal the box.
  3. Attach the return label to the parcel over the original label.
  4. Keep note of the tracking number stated on the return label.
  5. Drop off your parcel at a local post office.
Returns with Hermes:
  1. Fill out the return form with your return reason(s) and insert into your parcel then seal the box. A return form and return label should have been sent with your original order. 
  2. Attach the pre-paid label to your parcel over the original label.
  3. Keep note of the tracking number stated on the return label.
  4. Drop off your parcel at a Hermes drop-off point.
Returns with Collect+ / DHL:
  1. Print out your return form & return label via the order tracker, using your email address and order number.
  2. Fill out your return form with your return reasons(s) and insert into the parcel, then seal the box.
  3. Attach the return label to the parcel over the original label.
  4. Keep note of the tracking number stated on the return label.
  5. Drop off your parcel at a local post office.
Items purchased at an adidas retail store
Purchases at an adidas retail store can be returned to any other adidas retail store, if it is in the same country you bought the products in. Be sure to bring your purchase receipt and return your product within the return period indicated on the receipt. It is not possible to return items to a store if you purchased them via the online shop.

Items reserved via Click & Collect to pick up in an adidas store
Click & Collect reservations are made online, then picked up and paid for in store. If you want to return a Click & Collect order, please check out the Click & Collect return instructions.

Items ordered in an adidas store to be delivered to your home
If one of our store employees placed an in-store order for you with a tablet so you receive the item of your choice at home, you cannot take them back to a store for an exchange or refund. Instead, you can return the products by following the return instructions for the adidas online shop.

Items purchased at an adidas authorised reseller
If you purchased products at one of our authorised resellers, please get in touch with them, as they have their own return policies. It is not possible to return your items to an adidas store.
